System Architect Contracting Location: Basking Ridge, NJ; Irving, TX; Tampa, FL Workplace Type: Onsite About the Role We are seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Systems Architect services for our telecom projects. As a System Architect, you will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers, business owners, and industry experts to design and architect strategic solutions. You will lead discussions with the business to determine the requirements and design of large-scale software systems and services that best meet the needs of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-tier application development frameworks to drive end-to-end architecture design and champion industry best practices, incorporating emerging tools and technologies in the autonomous network domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in copper, fiber Network Inventory, Build, circuit provisioning, dispatch and the entire provisioning life cycle. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to create and deliver mature flows and presentations. This is a full-time contracting position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers, business owners, and industry experts to design and architect strategic solutions. Lead discussions with the business to determine the requirements and design of large-scale software systems and services that best meets the needs of the business. Provide technical leadership on Network service provisioning/turn up, dispatch, troubleshooting, and service assurance, drawing on extensive knowledge of relevant processes, methodologies, and technologies. Leverage a deep understanding of multi-tier application development frameworks to drive end-to-end architecture design. Guide cross-functional teams in crafting innovative solutions, clearly communicating the impact on existing systems and processes. Champion industry best practices, incorporating emerging tools and technologies in the autonomous network domain. Define and document business and architectural requirements, prepare project estimations, and propose innovative technical solutions. Participate in all phases of solution development, from initial planning and design to implementation and go-live, ensuring alignment with SOE/SRE standards. Design and develop reusable, scalable data models that effectively meet business needs. Foster a culture of technical excellence by advocating for best software engineering practices and actively participating in code and design reviews. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to establish and document high-level solution intent. Mentor younger engineers in the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, or specialized training. Extensive working experience with overall IT architecture, design, systems development in Telecom Equipment build, Network build, Inventory & Topology domains. Extensive understanding of Wireline Access, Edge & Core Network technologies, respective Network build & management process. Extensive knowledge on Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 provisioning. Experience in distributed systems with data intensive applications and data ingestion/processing frameworks. Strong skills in system design and architecture, including feature definition and low-level design creation. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Neo4J, MongoDB, Cassandra). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes). Experience with telecom tools, including Ericsson and Oracle suite of systems such as TIRKS, WFA, SOAC, MARCH, and M6. Experience and solid understanding of the broad business goals and direction, delivering solutions to complex business/ordering problems. Quickly able to organize around a problem and engage various teams to solve the challenge. Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and report to management. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, including vendors and offshore resources. Additional Information This is a contracting position with potential for long-term engagement. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Travel may be required between the listed locations. POSITION TITLE: Adjunctive Therapist Aide PAY RANGE: $27.00-$34.09 PER HOUR REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Services DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The primary role of the Adjunctive Therapist Aide is to assist with planning and implementation of activities for all geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, or sports and movement programs. The Aide may prepare or set up equipment and ensure the safety of all participants in the activity. The Adjunctive Therapist Aide maintains knowledge of, participates in further training provided, and understands the potential risks regarding occupational health hazards (e.g. bloodborne pathogen exposures).   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the Adjunctive Therapist: Implements activity therapy plans and activities in conjunction with treatment goals.  Assists the therapist in conducting group sessions for patients, which may draw from mediums such as art therapy, exercise, games or leisure activities.
