We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our dynamic team and support students with diverse learning needs. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $75 per hour. Your role will involve providing specialized instruction in a variety of subjects, creating an inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with other educational professionals to ensure student success. This is a short-term leave role, filling in for someone between Septermber - November. *Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and support all learners Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to meet educational goals Collaborate with general education teachers to facilitate inclusion and support Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and challenges Requirements *Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred Valid state certification in Special Education Experience teaching diverse learners, particularly those with special needs Strong understanding of behavior management and instructional strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and families Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment Benefits 1099 position about 35 hours per week up to $75/hour
