We partner with some of the world's leading companies to create personalized transportation systems and hospitality experiences. We go above and beyond to remove stress in all interactions and make things a little easier for all we serve. This will be a full-time, split shift from 6AM-10AM and 2PM-6PM. We are currently offering a $500 sign on bonus! As a Brand Ambassador for TransWest, you will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with our clients to introduce them to and assist in navigating our transportation network. Brand Ambassadors create a welcoming and safe environment by greeting clients, communicating relevant transportation information, answering client inquires, and interacting with our driver team members to ensure the highest level of care while utilizing our services. You can expect to be the face of TransWest in the field, whether onsite on a client’s campus assisting with loading vehicles or launching a new commute route from an offsite parking facility. Brand Ambassadors make the experience seamless. We count on you to play a critical to ensuring our client’s experience is exceptional and they keep them coming back! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: You possess an outgoing and positive attitude and demeanor; you genuinely enjoy and take pride in providing excellent customer service every day. Work cross functionally with other TransWest team members to identify potential issues in the field and propose meaningful solutions. Can demonstrate and provide instructions to clients on ridership applications and other technology offerings. Represent TransWest in a positive way by having a professional appearance, being approachable, and having passion for providing world class customer service as our clients arrive/depart their work locations. Interacts with customers in a positive manner. Can track relevant client ridership data and vehicle arrival and departure data. Knowledgeable about our transportation brand and the services we provide our clients. Can operate TransWest technology to provide schedule information to our clients. Provides relevant customer feedback to TransWest leadership and embraces a culture of process improvement. A team player who possesses the ability to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and management. Ensure shuttle riders are able to safely enter and exit vehicles in shuttle load zones. Monitor and control traffic in parking lot and load zone locations. KEY POSITION COMPETENCIES: High energy and outgoing personality. Social media and tech savvy to promote transportation network information and the TransWest brand. Highly organized and possesses analytical skills. Passionate about meeting and interacting with clients on-site or out in the field. Proactively shares transportation information with clients. Anticipates potential transportation network issues and provides real time feedback to clients. Partners with other TransWest Team Members to solve issues and embrace our culture of process improvement. Requirements Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be able to communicate clearly. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. Benefits Compensation: $20.76 - $20.26 per hour. Annual Pay Increases Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401k with matching available for team members that work 20 hours a week or more. Data Center/Infrastructure Migration SME - 1099 (3-Month Contract)

We partner with highly skilled independent professionals who share our mission and bring specialized expertise to support our government clients.  The Office of the CIO (OCIO) of a major government agency requires contractor support to assist technical staff in understanding the technical dependencies, potential challenges and costs associated with separating a large portion of its IT services into an independent entity.  IT services are defined as the IT systems (applications), data, and hardware that support the agency. This includes IT services housed at the agency’s facilities, data centers, and in the cloud, to include SaaS.  The assessment will include more than 25 applications.    Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are engaged for specific projects or deliverables and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.  Responsibilities  Leads the assessment of the current IT infrastructure footprint. This engagement defines logical and physical separation options along with their associated impacts, develops migration wave planning scenarios and resource requirements, and contributes to cost modeling for infrastructure separation. In addition, the SME advises on industry’s best practices and incorporates lessons learned from other federal agency efforts.   Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.    At least 7 years experience in business process analysis related to Data Centers and Infrastructure.    Expertise in assessing IT infrastructure footprints and defining logical/physical separation options.  Experience developing migration wave planning, resource requirements, and cost models for large-scale infrastructure transitions.  Familiarity with industry best practices and lessons learned from federal agency modernization or separation efforts.  Strong background in advising on technical and operational impacts of infrastructure migration.  Preferred Qualifications  Experience in business process analysis for federal government agencies. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our client's team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment used in various industries. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing inspections, and completing necessary repairs or part replacements. You will work directly at client sites, ensuring that the equipment is functioning optimally and minimizing downtime. Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Consults with Service Supervisor to plan effective work and travel schedule, giving priority to customer need, considering location of machine and availability of parts. Diagnose malfunctions: repairs and/or replaces worn and defective parts; installs new assemblies, adjusts devices and controls - to correct malfunctions and to keep machines in operating condition. Provides tools and parts and arranges for facilities to perform repair work (usually on customer premises). Inspects, operates, and tests machines upon initial delivery, at specified inspection intervals and upon completion of any repair work to ensure proper functioning of equipment and its components. Reports to Service Supervisor such information as name of customer, description of machine, nature of malfunction, the time involved in working, driving, and waiting, mileage, etc., so that proper accounts can be charged, and proper billing can be made. Strives to increase technical skills through attendance at company-sponsored vocational schools, annual training meeting of departmental personnel and reading of technical literature. Promotes and enhances the company image by maintaining a neat, personal appearance and by keeping the service truck in a clean, polished, and orderly condition.
