Summary: As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales team. You will design, deliver, & facilitate training programs that equip our Home Improvement Consultants with the skills & tools they need to exceed goals and provide 5-star customer experiences. You will participate in the development, implementation & delivery of coaching & training plans that support the goals & objectives, utilizing the company’s proven selling methodology. #PJSALES   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:   1. Onboard, train, and coach new salespeople through an intensive 3-week New Hire Training course 2. Master company’s sales processes & methodology 3. Foster a deep understanding of the sales process & methodology among sales team members 4. Create an environment of constant improvement when working with sales team members that facilitates the exchange of constructive feedback 5. Coordinate in-field observations with new or under-performing team members to reinforce & improve proper selling techniques 6. Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services & industry, providing guidance & assistance to sales team members 7. Conduct role-playing exercises & one on one coaching to improve performance 8. Manage all aspects of classroom preparation including creating/distributing agendas, product materials, scheduling invitations, managing rosters, coordinating all appropriate product & system training, etc. 9. Measure the effectiveness & overall quality of training, including metrics reporting, the development of recommendations for improvement, program innovation & competitive analysis/comparison 10. Encourage, motivate & inspire others to embrace learning & coach for behavior modification. Key Responsibilities Leadership Serve as the senior authority for security strategy and risk management, reporting to executive leadership and advising cross-functional stakeholders.
