Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Political Manager to support the political team for the duration of the 2026 election cycle. The political department is responsible for maintaining  meaningful relationships with elected officials, advocacy organizations, community groups, and grassroots leaders across Georgia. Our mission is to connect the values of this campaign to the people and institutions driving change in every corner of the state. We work to ensure that Senator Ossoff’s message is present, even when he cannot be, by activating trusted surrogates, engaging coalition partners, elevating community voices, and creating opportunities for real connection. Whether we are casting a campaign commercial, staffing a local parade, showing support at a community event, or organizing a roundtable with community leaders, the Political Department ensures the campaign is seen, heard, and trusted where it matters most. We are relationship builders, messengers, and organizers committed to helping this campaign meet the moment with integrity, reach, and impact. This position reports directly to the political director and requires relocation to the Atlanta, GA area. Requirements Core Responsibilities: Georgia ties required. Work with the Political Director and Deputy Political Directors to maintain relationships with leaders across Georgia including elected leaders, organizations, faith institutions, business owners, civic groups, and community stakeholders across Georgia. Coordinate with the Deputy Directors to support priority regions based on political targets, electoral needs, and coalition opportunities. Maintain relationships with validators, local surrogates, and endorsement targets. Support building events, roundtables, and listening sessions for key constituencies. Support the campaign’s broader voter contact efforts by activating grasstops networks and mobilizing institutional support. Track engagement, maintain stakeholder records, and ensure follow-up and relationship continuity. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:  Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in campaigns, advance, or event management role Strong political judgment and understanding of Georgia’s political landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the campaign in high-trust, public-facing, and culturally sensitive spaces. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and institutional stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and translate campaign priorities into culturally relevant outreach plans. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort with fast-paced environments and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a broader political team. Flexibility to attend events, meetings, and engagements on evenings and weekends as needed. Commitment to the campaign’s mission and to advancing equity, access, and representation. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience engaging and organizing within one or more of the following communities and constituencies in the State of Georgia: Women-led organizations, Labor movements, Youth, LGBTQ+ communities, Faith-based groups, Latino communities, Seniors, and AAPI communities. Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Plant Safety Coordinator Overview: Partner with plant leadership to champion a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations. This role is critical for identifying and eliminating workplace hazards, developing effective safety programs, and fostering a safe work environment for all associates on the 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation, review, and revision of safety policies and programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with operations teams to review work practices and advise on risk-reducing changes. Lead incident reporting and investigations to determine root cause and track corrective actions to closure. Develop and deliver monthly plant-wide safety training, evaluating and improving its effectiveness. Conduct specialized safety training sessions as required. Perform routine audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with corporate and regulatory safety standards. Requirements: Education Undergraduate degree in Safety or a related field is a plus. Experiences Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting (assembly/machine shop). Supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced facility. Previous experience in safety training development and delivery. Experience in food manufacturing is a plus. Other OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred. CPE, CSP, or CIH certification is a plus. Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, and multitask effectively.
