About the Role Responsibilities: ·        Work directly with local and national land development projects. ·        Assist the structural design team in developing structural designs including both systems and components for a variety of building and non-building structures. ·        Collaborate and coordinate with other internal disciplines on projects. Across all 11 in-house disciplines, each team brings a multidisciplinary mindset to every project every single day.  Qualifications: ·        Currently enrolled in undergraduate or Master program. ·        Pursuing an Architectural or Environmental Design degree. ·        Knowledge of Revit, Adobe products, or Google Sketchup programs is a plus. ·        Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work culture.
