Position Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes. Sessions occur after school hours (3pm-8pm) and weekends, schedules are built in collaboration with families. Cases are assigned based on availability, location and experience. This position provides the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of children and their families. Requirements Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. Maintain a safe, positive, and professional therapeutic environment. Collect accurate data during sessions and document client progress. Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure fidelity of ABA practices. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and our coordination team to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in ABA, psychology, education, or related fields (preferred). Current RBT certification (preferred but not required; training support available). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Reliable transportation to clients’ homes. Availability to work primarily after-school hours (weekday afternoons/evenings- 3pm-8pm); some weekend availability preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Uses essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receives and follows written and verbal Housekeeping schedules and instructions from Supervisor or Manager. Cleans assigned and scheduled common areas. Clean and disinfects areas as assigned to include furniture, walls, common restrooms, offices, resident rooms, common areas, glass, doors, nursing stations, dining rooms, and any other area requiring disinfecting or cleaning. Clean resident apartments. To include bathrooms, sinks, showers/tubs, toilets, counter, walls and mirrors, windowsills, pictures on walls, doors, closets, dressers, night stands and telephones. Removes all trash from apartments and common areas, insures trash containers are clean and then relines container with appropriate liners. Properly cleans any biohazard spill or immediately; informs supervisor or director if a hazard exists. Always puts out “wet floor” signs prior to wet mopping common areas, or puts out “wet floor” signs in case of flood, spills or overflow. Maintains a good working relationship with fellow workers or supervisors. Works safely on a daily basis. Does not endanger fellow workers, staff or residents. Responds to emergencies and cleans affected area as required. Informs and turns in any and all malfunctioning equipment to supervisor or director. Reports and responds to any and all safety issues requiring attention. Understands, learns, and follows all Safety Data Sheets as written. Maintains Housekeeping cart and Housekeeping closet in a clean and safe manner at all times. Handles and disposes of infectious waste safely and properly at all times. Regular attendance. Participate in ongoing training and development, including annual required trainings and clinical supervision. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions. Additional Duties Conduct urinalysis as part of the clinical protocol. Contribute to in-service trainings in areas of expertise. Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director. Requirements Education & Licensure Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with 2+ years of counseling experience. Active licensure or intern registration in a relevant clinical discipline (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT), as required by Texas state. Professional Experience Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mental health field. Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals with mental health conditions, with a strong understanding of evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches.
