As a coach, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes in your community! THE POSITION: We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation’s largest multi-sport enrichment programs, with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New coaches can work 5–25 classes per week, earning $18/hr up to $30/hr. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids! Our coaches are open-minded, value feedback, and view coaching as a continuous journey All coaches attend training and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver engaging sports programs based on the Amazing Athletes curriculum Teach children basic sports skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship Travel to local preschools, daycares, and community centers to conduct classes Monitor and record each child’s progress while ensuring a safe and fun environment Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, teachers, and facility staff This part-time position offers **flexible hours—primarily in the mornings—**making it a great fit alongside other commitments. THE SCHEDULE Most classes are held during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have availability during some or all of the following times: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM THE LOCATION Classes are held at various schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout the area. While assignments are typically clustered within a specific region, coaches must be comfortable traveling and should be willing to drive up to an hour for some locations.
