If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in SalesForce, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects. Although every project is unique, you might typically: Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them; Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc; Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning; Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly; Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.); Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes.
