Our AI-powered simulation platform transforms how clinicians, students, and healthcare teams train - trusted by universities, hospitals, and networks worldwide.
Now we’re building our US hub in Austin. We’re hiring two Founding GTM/Ops Leads to design, automate, and scale the systems that will power our US expansion - working hand-in-hand with three Founding Account Executives and the COO.

What You’ll Do
Own the GTM operating system – CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, routing, SLAs, and handoffs.
Automate workflows – enrichment, scoring, cadences, AI summaries, objection clustering, sequence testing.
Scale outbound – Build automated lead generation across HubSpot, email, web, events, and AE workflows.
Connect the stack – Integrate data sources into a single streamlined pipeline.
Lift funnel performance – ICP definition, segmentation, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
Enable and inform – Dashboards, forecasting, objection libraries, documentation.
Support enterprise sales ops – RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, vendor onboarding.
Stand up the function – vendors, tooling, field marketing, and GTM infrastructure from scratch.
Requirements
Who You Are
A recent top-tier graduate (consulting, engineering, CS, economics, or similar) or someone who has already built GTM/Ops systems in an early-stage company and wants to do it again at pace.
Sharp, analytical, and structured – exceptional problem-solving ability.
Autonomous – can turn high-level direction into scalable systems without step-by-step guidance.
Technically curious – experienced in automation, experimentation, and excited by AI in GTM.
Strong communicator – confident with senior leaders and founding teams.
Motivated by mission-driven impact and thrive in a high-bar, competitive, collaborative culture.
Bonus: exposure to healthcare, education, or B2B SaaS.
