Responsibilities As a senior member of the sales team, you are required to proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and high-net-worth clients in the US. The ultimate objective is to grow the client franchise in the region. Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their trading needs and providing tailored solutions relating to spot trading (OTC / API), options, and / or structured products. Lead client meetings and conduct presentations. Gather market and client feedback to support the development of new product offerings. Drive the expansion of the client footprint and conduct comprehensive user-mapping. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create and execute growth initiatives for attracting and retaining clients. Provide insights into the needs of target client segments while analysing competitor product offerings. Ensure clients receive exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process. Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise as well as work ethic. Requirements Minimum 10 years’ relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management products, or payments will be considered. Prior experience in the digital assets space is a plus. Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships. Proven track record in sales. Identify and assess potential project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.  Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field) Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing plastic processing equipment installations Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred, not required) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred, not required) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven proficiency with CAD software (Solidworks preferred) Strong computer skills, including experience using ERP systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Process safety management knowledge Knowledge and experience with resin convey, liquid convey, drying, mixing, casting, extrusion, winding, sheeting, calendaring, thermoforming, and machining Knowledge and experience with plant infrastructure and utilities such Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boilers Contract review and negotiation Strong understanding of engineering principles, design, and construction practices Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret complex plans, specifications, and technical documents Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges Ability to travel, if necessary, ~ 50% - 60% Benefits We offer competitive salary, incentives, and benefit programs. – Most Benefits Start Day ONE!
