Our client is a mission-driven health tech company building AI agents to scale patient care without needing more clinicians. They are at the forefront of applying AI to create modern, powerful, and intuitive products for healthcare providers and chronic disease management. They've built a world-class team with expertise in engineering, medicine, and design, and are on track to close their Series A and achieve profitability within the next 18 months. Our client is looking for a Staff/Senior Software Engineer to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in building and scaling AI/LLM Agent software systems. This is a chance to own an entire AI product vertical, working directly with a clinical team to ship life-saving features. You will be responsible for: Building and scaling secure, resilient AI/LLM Agent software systems on cloud platforms. Designing and building data pipelines and APIs for sensitive data, including patient, genomics, and wearables data. Owning projects that drive measurable outcomes in patient care. Collaborating with co-founders, product, and design teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI systems for healthcare. Requirements 3+ years of professional post-college backend engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping cloud software applications. Strong backend engineering & applied AI background Built cloud software applications (backend). Built AI/ML features in production. Bachelor’s in CS or related field (top school) Proven experience in bringing AI/ML features from conception to production. Strong skills in LLM Agent Design, Context Engineering, Embedding Systems, and Semantic/Keyword Search. Proficiency in backend languages like Go or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), particularly with data pipelines and APIs. A desire to work remotely, but with a willingness to participate in in-person co-working days and happy hours in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bonus Points: Experience in the healthcare space. Network Reliability Engineer Role The Network Reliability Engineer reports to the Manager of Network Reliability and is a member of CoreSite’s Network Engineering team. The primary function of the role will be to advance automation, scale, and next-generation initiatives within the company. The role will focus heavily on SDN, Cloud, and virtualization. The position will heavily focus on product improvements and automation. Candidate should have experience in at least one programming language and be willing to demonstrate this experience during the interview process. We don’t necessarily care if you have a computer science degree, but we do expect candidates to be able to demonstrate full understanding of fundamental programming concepts. Repetitive activities are boring and have to be eliminated. You will be part of a world-class engineering team that’s paving the path for new ways for enterprises to consume ever increasing cloud services. Duties Train, mentor, and help develop the skills/capabilities of Network Reliability Engineers. Be responsible for the quality of the customer experience in production and in the ideation, design, and development of next generation systems. Partner with Engineering teams to measure, deliver, and improve both the engineering and customer experience. Improve observability via implementation of improved monitoring, metrics, logging, and system analytics. Build software and systems to manage services and applications through automation. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network components, inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Produce network topology diagrams for existing and new infrastructures for sales, customers, marketing, and other internal needs. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Track record of building and running high-performance teams.
