Responsibilities and Duties Develop and manage BIM execution plans aligned with GSA BIM standards and project-specific requirements. Provide consulting expertise to clients on BIM strategy, technology adoption, and process improvement. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to streamline workflows and ensure successful project delivery. Implement and manage COBie-certified deliverables, ensuring compliance with federal and industry standards. Explore and apply innovative technologies such as robotics, computational design, and automation tools to improve efficiency. Lead and support remote, multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project design and construction.
