All permanent roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, to which you will make a significant contribution. This role is based in Hudson, New Hampshire. Requirements Your Experience and Qualifications: You bring the knowledge and experience gained from 5 or more years of functional SAP experience in a wholesale organization You have deep technical skills with a focus on EDI You have a history of being quick to learn new software and systems You communicate clearly, simply, and effectively Your references will confirm that you are an analytical, objective, and critical thinker applying critical thinking, clarifying direction and making recommendations You have successfully managed complex projects and led those focused on system updates and implementations Pay Transparency: We post our jobs on a collection of sites. YOUR OBJECTIVE With a deep understanding of business operations and technology, you collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across teams and processes. You act as a bridge between departments, representing both the voice of our customer and our internal operational requirements to ensure scalable, customer-centric solutions. YOUR JOB Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise in SAP ATP Product Allocations and end-to-end order management. Promote continuous improvement by partnering with Business Units and Service Departments to identify and resolve issues Enable operational success by providing support with project implementations and process enhancements. Support automation and process improvement using AI insights and predictive analytics. Support change management and training for teams interacting with AI-powered systems. Coordinate operational onboarding of new accounts for Wholesale and Keep It Simple.
