How The High School Improvement Team will consist of 6-8 dedicated faculty and student members from various departments and grades within the high school. This diverse team will meet with school leadership to identify areas for improvement, discuss challenges, and provide actionable recommendations for elevating our educational programs. What You’ll Do Engage in focus groups and discussions to share insights on the current state of the school. Analyze feedback gathered from students, families, and fellow staff members. Review historical and current data to identify trends affecting our high school. Develop concrete recommendations for school leaders based on your findings. In this role, you will manage compliance frameworks specific to the forex and trading sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop compliance programs for forex and trading clients. Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, MiFID II, and financial market regulations. Advise clients on regulatory changes impacting forex trading. Collaborate with Product and Sales to adapt solutions for forex compliance. Liaise with regulators and industry stakeholders. Requirements 8+ years of compliance experience in forex or trading. Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and global financial regulations. Proven ability to manage compliance programs across multiple regions. Excellent communication and advisory skills.

We are seeking an experienced Head of iGaming Compliance with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will oversee compliance programs specific to online gaming and gambling sectors. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage compliance frameworks for iGaming clients. Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and responsible gaming regulations. Collaborate with Product to adapt IDV solutions to gaming use cases. Monitor regulatory changes in the iGaming sector. Represent the company in industry associations and compliance forums. Requirements 8+ years of compliance experience in iGaming or related industries. Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, and gaming compliance requirements. Strong regulatory engagement and advisory skills. Experience managing compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.

We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal governance practices to ensure the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks. Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, GDPR, and global regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement remediation plans. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Security on compliance programs. Monitor changes in global regulations and advise leadership. Requirements 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance roles. Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, ISO, GDPR). Proven ability to implement GRC systems and processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will define and lead global product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to compliance-driven industries. Key Responsibilities: Own global product strategy and roadmap. Lead product management, UX, and design functions. Align product direction with regulatory requirements and client needs. Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Sales for execution. Represent the product vision to executive leadership and customers. Requirements 12+ years of product management experience, with leadership roles. Strong expertise in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech product strategy. Knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB, fraud prevention, and regulatory workflows. Proven ability to launch and scale global enterprise products. Excellent leadership, vision, and stakeholder management skills.
