Facade Project Manager - Commercial Glazing Systems Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (On-site) Type: Permanent, Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our client during an exciting period of expansion and growth. As they establish their new manufacturing operation, this role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead sophisticated facade initiatives from conception to completion while developing emerging project management professionals. Our client stands as Oklahoma's premier commercial glazing specialist, successfully delivering the vast majority of major commercial developments throughout the region. With their newly formed manufacturing wing already securing significant contracts, this presents an outstanding chance for a seasoned project manager to drive substantial organizational impact. Key Responsibilities Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budgets, track costs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain profitability and quality standards Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with external design teams, fabricators, suppliers, and glazing contractors to execute custom facade solutions for high-rise commercial buildings Team Development: Mentor and onboard junior project managers, providing guidance on commercial glazing best practices and project execution Performance Mock-up (PMU) Coordination: Manage PMU development, testing activities, and compliance with building codes and performance standards End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage complex commercial glazing and facade projects from design-assist through fabrication and delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion Fabrication Support: Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure custom facade systems meet specifications and delivery requirements Design-Assist Management: Work with architectural teams to develop facade designs from schematic concepts while maintaining budget parameters and technical feasibility Stakeholder Communication: Prepare regular status reports and maintain clear communication with clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders Procurement & Scheduling: Oversee material procurement, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines Requirements Leadership Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex information, make timely decisions, and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing with major facade/glazing contractors Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Track Record: Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget in the commercial glazing industry Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of facade/glazing systems, construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations Software Proficiency: Experience with project management platforms (Autodesk Build, Primavera, Bluebeam, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Background spanning multiple project types and building scales PMP or CMIT certification Experience with high-rise commercial buildings and complex facade systems Experience with both design-assist and manufacturing/fabrication workflows Leadership/mentorship experience in developing junior project management staff Benefits Salary: $130 000 Base + Bonus Benefits: Relocation Assistance: Relocation package provided as lump sum 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matching Monthly car allowance plus company gas card Comprehensive health insurance with 92% of employee premium covered by our client 15 paid time off (PTO) days annually Dental and vision coverage Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
