Compensation: $28-31/hr Please note the role requires availability for weekend coverage as part of the regular schedule. To support our global Digital Cinema team, the 3D Theatrical Subtitling Operator will be required to perform subtitle pre-qualification and post processing of all subtitled feature and trailer content, ensuring subtitle assets meet the required standards prior to mastering. The operator will also be responsible for the creation and client demonstration of 3D subtitle disparity maps, the subsequent 3D language versioning for Digital Cinema Packages and any downstream associated outputs. Other responsibilities include testing of tools and applications, handling all associated data entry related to work orders, working with other departments and providing feedback to the Project Team, Mastering and Content Services. The ideal candidate will be expected to have previous theatrical subtitling experience and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the various content specifications they will be handling. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude, and must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads. Responsibilities • Perform subtitle pre-qualification for supplied subtitle files to ensure they meet the required technical specifications. • QC and post processing of theatrical subtitle files, making temporal and positional corrections according to client guidelines and procedures. • Creation of final subtitle XMLs (and other file based deliverables) for feature and trailer content for Digital Cinema, OTT and Home Entertainment, ensuring outputs adhere to highest quality standards and specifications. • Create and QC 3D stereoscopic subtitles for Digital Cinema and home entertainment • Run client attended 3D subtitling sessions as required. • Assist in UAT relating to proprietary and 3rd party tools and applications focused on but not limited to 3D stereoscopic subtitling processes • Creation of media and file-based subtitle proofs for client approval. • Completion of subtitle QC reports composing a clear description to note defects and to include proper details for further troubleshooting. • Active participation in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of any subtitle rejections. • Abide by company security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Must possess good English language skills and knowledge of various English accessibility formats, OCAP, CCAP etc. • Familiarity and working knowledge of tools and applications including but not limited to DVS Clipster, Colorfront’s Transkoder. In addition, knowledge of other NLE’s including Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools and any DVD or Blu-ray mastering software is a plus • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to different software. • Ability to prioritize, manage work orders and work well under pressure to achieve deadlines whilst producing high quality work. • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box • Excellent in multi-tasking • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks. Metro Infusion Center Metro Infectious Disease Consultants is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to work every other weekend at the clinic located in Lake in the Hills, IL. Ideal candidate will have excellent IV skills (PICC certified preferred, but not required). This position offers the high-tech infusion nurse the ability to utilize skills in an office setting and competitive pay. Under the supervision of the Practice Physicians, the Infusion Staff nurse would provide clinical nursing services and support, including patient education and patient management for their assigned group of physicians. Schedule: Every other weekend - 26 weekends a year that includes 2 holidays (plus the holiday weekend) Duties: 1) Access Peripheral Lines; teach infusion patients how to self-administer medications. Document same in Medical Record. 2) Review and chart daily laboratory results, passing information on to physicians and/or patients as needed. 3) E-prescribe new prescriptions and refills at doctor’s order and communicates to pharmacies. 4) Receive and return patient and other’s telephone calls. 5) Review EMR charts for next day’s appointments, order lab results, consult reports or notes as necessary and document all required fields are within EMR to be eligible for meaningful use. 6) Respond to telephone calls, meet patients in the office on weekends, and schedule patients to come to the office as needed. 7) Participate in quality assurance and educational activities as requested. 8) Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs establishing priorities. 9) Monitor the safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment. 10) Participate in activities to facilitate good interpersonal communications with facility. 11) Arrange for daily coverage with co-worker. 12) Assist and consult with the physician in the ordering of procedures and diagnostic tests. 13) Order laboratory tests for patients per provider’s order or standing order.
