Chase Design Group is seeking a full-time Motion Graphics & 3D Visualization Designer to join our NY team. Candidates should have experience designing for CPG brands and be able to bridge worlds between concept, design, 3D and motion. They are required to have the ability to identify and distill a brand’s needs, and convey those needs through graphic design, typography, video, and motion. They must be well versed in both 2D and 3D animation, with a variety of styles and a modern aesthetic, to contribute ideas and concepts in partnership with a diverse team of creatives. We look for team members who uphold our high creative standards with versatility, fresh ideas, and a collaborative spirit. A strong conceptual approach, sharp attention to detail, and flawless execution are essential. Requirements Collaborate with the design team to create storyboards in a wide variety of styles Contribute to the concept and execution of motion graphics bringing branding, environmental, and package designs to life in impactful ways Effectively plan executional approaches to each project Execute quickly and effectively Efficiently manage challenges and solve design problems through proactive problem solving Manage time and consistently meet deadlines Consistently drive excellence in design across all projects Ideal Candidate Excellent creative thinking and design capabilities, including typography, color, graphic development, etc. Expertise in: 3D modeling expertise 2D & 3D animation expertise Principles of lighting, textures and materials Storyboarding o Video editing and post-production BA or equivalent in Motion Design, Animation, or a related design discipline Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously with accuracy and excellence 3-5 years working with branding and design agency Proficiency in the following programs required: Cinema 4D (including animation features) Sketchup Redshift Adobe Dimension Adobe Creative Suite Overall, Illustrator and Photoshop Adobe After Effects Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance – Chase reimburses up to the first $2,000 of employee’s medical deductible including office co-pays and prescription drugs Ten Days of Vacation Leave (increases with tenure); Six days of Sick Leave per year Major Federal Holidays Fully paid two-week office closure at the end of the year Summer Fridays Memorial Day through Labor Day (9am – 1pm) Paid Parental Leave • 401(k) with employer match Basic Life & AD&D Insurance End of Year Discretionary Bonus (based on overall annual studio profitability and individual performance) Flexible working environment Annual Educational Development Reimbursement Chase operates on a flexible hybrid schedule however his role is primarily remote due to availability and mobility of computer hardware. Computer equipment will be provided but proper connectivity/bandwidth for remote work is mandatory. We partner with highly skilled independent professionals who share our mission and bring specialized expertise to support our government clients.  The Office of the CIO (OCIO) of a major government agency requires contractor support to assist technical staff in understanding the technical dependencies, potential challenges and costs associated with separating a large portion of its IT services into an independent entity.  IT services are defined as the IT systems (applications), data, and hardware that support the agency. This includes IT services housed at the agency’s facilities, data centers, and in the cloud, to include SaaS.  The assessment will include more than 25 applications.    Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are engaged for specific projects or deliverables and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.  Responsibilities  Leads the assessment of the current IT infrastructure footprint. This engagement defines logical and physical separation options along with their associated impacts, develops migration wave planning scenarios and resource requirements, and contributes to cost modeling for infrastructure separation. In addition, the SME advises on industry’s best practices and incorporates lessons learned from other federal agency efforts.   Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.    At least 7 years experience in business process analysis related to Data Centers and Infrastructure.    Expertise in assessing IT infrastructure footprints and defining logical/physical separation options.  Experience developing migration wave planning, resource requirements, and cost models for large-scale infrastructure transitions.  Familiarity with industry best practices and lessons learned from federal agency modernization or separation efforts.  Strong background in advising on technical and operational impacts of infrastructure migration.  Preferred Qualifications  Experience in business process analysis for federal government agencies. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our client's team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment used in various industries. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing inspections, and completing necessary repairs or part replacements. You will work directly at client sites, ensuring that the equipment is functioning optimally and minimizing downtime.
