We are looking for a pharma focused Group Account Director to take a key position at SPCSHP. Strategically minded with strong creative sensibilities and an entrepreneurial spirit, the ideal candidate will take a consultative approach to the account learning every facet of the account itself and the client's business to lead to a large, fluid team across a variety of exciting client initiatives. Roles + Responsibilities:  Partners with Director level through CMO level client contacts across business units, while maintaining a presence with the day-to-day client team Leads multiple tracks of campaign development and management work Possess the ability to sell advanced strategic concepts, drive initiatives, and live the Agency’s values Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the client’s business with continuous research of brand, its categories, and competitors Responsible for the development of the highest quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment Have a finger on the pulse of clients’ cross channel marketing, including social presence, social trends, and channel shifts Ensures smooth running of finances and administrative systems Has experience with scoping, timeline creation, project management, margin, and revenue growth Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed Looks for additional business opportunities for agency and growth opportunities for clients Have a perspective on the account discipline practice and a passion contributing to discipline culture Will be reporting into the SVP, Head of Account Management and interacting closely with the agency C-suite Requirements 10+ years as a strategic brand partner to senior and C-suite clients in direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical marketing with deep FDA compliance knowledge (fair balance, ISI, etc.) Proven success launching new pharma products and marketing premium-priced elective treatments Expertise in consumer funnels from “consideration to consultation” Strong understanding of compliance review processes and consumer media behavior in the aesthetic/beauty space Skilled at building strategic consensus across diverse stakeholders Track record of industry-recognized brand strategy and creative leadership Experience selling cross-disciplinary work and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios Financially fluent in forecasting, margin, actuals, and overall account health Benefits The salary band for this role is $150-200k. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.

Join JC Grounds Management, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Salt Truck Operator (STO) for the upcoming winter season.  As a salt truck operator at JC Grounds Management, you will receive training on equipment safety, operation, path of motion, and product application.  Our fleet of application vehicles do not require a CDL license to operate however you must be comfortable operating a large truck during adverse weather conditions.  Most of the shifts occur between 6pm and 8am but can/will extend to anytime of the day especially following a winter event.  Salt truck operators need to be on-time and have a clean driving record.  They will also need to load their truck with material using a skid steer (training to be provided if necessary).  We are currently looking for operators to service routes dispatched from Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica, Tewksbury, Wilmington areas.
