SPCSHP is looking for a Senior Art Director as part of a creative team. The team will work with the creative team to lead an exciting piece of new business in the pharma space. They will work closely with a Copywriter as a creative team to maintain brand consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate will be collaborative with various members of the creative discipline and other agency disciplines (including account, production, design, strategy, and analytics) to oversee all campaigns from start to finish. Roles + Responsibilities: Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards. Help evolve and refine brand style guide Collaborate with all disciplines across the agency to produce projects of creative excellence. Be comfortable with production and post-production with minimal supervision. Ability to bring strong conceptual ideas that are strategically correct, on brief and mindful of FDA regulations Provides proactive contributions to the client’s business, demonstrating best-in-class campaigns  Works with Account leads to secure and drive new initiatives for clients Prepares and delivers presentations representing the creative with in-depth knowledge of why choices are being made Accurately communicates team’s efforts internally / externally and reward success within the team Requirements Approx 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising Portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual capabilities in all mediums An interest in or experience within the beauty industry or dermatology space.   A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment Successful client contact experience and ability to grow business organically The ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams Excellent presentation skills Benefits The salary band for this role is $105k - $140k. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
