Job Duties: Serve as the primary liaison with state modular building authorities and inspection agencies. Ensure products and manufacturing practices comply with state-specific industrialized/modular building program requirements. Oversee state submittals, plan approvals, audits, and renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions Manage all UL certification efforts and maintain compliance with applicable UL safety and performance standards. Coordinate product testing, factory audits, certification renewals, and technical documentation with third-party testing agencies. Ensure UL markings, documentation, and test records are accurate and traceable. Lead internal compliance audits across engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and service departments.
