Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process. Position Details: Location: Flexible to work in our Vienna, Sterling, Chantilly, Fairfax, and Arlington Schedule: Full-time, hours vary between 7:00am-6:30pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays Compensation: $40-$47hr based on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities: Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to create detailed reports for physicians to help formulate safe and effective treatment plans Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient Ensure adherence to timelines for ultrasound exams to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Coordinate with administrative and medical staff to guarantee the availability and timely delivery of ultrasound services Commit to continuous professional development and education to meet the standards set by the organization Participate in maintaining ultrasound equipment and monitoring inventory for supplies Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or clinic management Requirements Completion of an accredited ultrasound program Vascular registry (RVT, RVS, RPhS) certification required within 90 days of hire 1+ years of experience in vascular scanning Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care Benefits Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401k Paid time off (PTO) (vacation, sick) Paid training INDH2

About the Role We’re looking for a Partnerships Implementation Lead who loves rolling up their sleeves to solve problems with scrappy, creative solutions. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, commercial, and technology, owning partner implementations and internal workflows. This is not a “pass requirements to engineering” role — instead, you’ll be building and launching processes yourself using low-code tools, ensuring our partnerships and operations scale without heavy engineering support. Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively refine processes. Partner closely with the Head of Experience and CCO on priorities. Collaborate with engineering teams on technical design, troubleshooting, and tickets. Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical operations, product, or engineering roles, ideally in startups. Hands-on experience with low/no-code platforms. Comfort navigating APIs and integrations at a basic level. Strong organizational and project management skills. Self-starter with a “builder” mindset — scrappy, proactive, and problem-solving oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
