Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Utilize specialized tools, products, and techniques to achieve exceptional results in accordance with company standards. Monitor vehicle conditions and report any issues or damage to management. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and preferences with professionalism. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist in keeping equipment and tools in good condition. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as a car washer/auto detailer, or related field, preferred but not required (will train the right candidate). Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks, often in outdoor conditions. Knowledge of car detailing techniques and cleaning products is a plus. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable with a strong work ethic; punctuality is vital. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
