Accountabilities: Serve as a floating resource across multiple departments, including Research Operations, Site Operations, and Data Management. Support key functions like quality control, user access testing, training tracking, and regulatory documentation. Prepare materials such as Master Plans, meeting minutes, source documentation, and distribute study-related content. Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors to resolve data queries and maintain up-to-date documentation. Manage study data flow including receipt, review, and feedback for endpoint testing. Participate in and contribute to team meetings, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met. Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, company SOPs, and federal, state, and local regulations. Provide study coordination support as needed across various clinical trials. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; nursing or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting or equivalent experience. Familiarity with FDA and ICH regulations, and basic knowledge of the clinical trial process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organization skills with high attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus efficiently, and work collaboratively. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Willingness to take direction and contribute to team success. Benefits Hourly compensation between $19.29 and $23.00.
