The Opportunity We’re hiring our Founding Account Executive to build our sales motion from scratch. This role goes beyond standard SaaS sales—it’s full cycle, highly strategic, and requires creative ways to break into a concentrated market of ~5,000 accounts. You’ll be running point on prospecting, outreach, in-person selling, and conferences, while shaping the playbook that will define our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close Develop strategic outreach strategies to win high-value accounts Represent the company at industry conferences and events Build the sales playbook and GTM processes from scratch Collaborate closely with leadership to shape vendor and market strategy Travel frequently to be “in the field” with customers Requirements Experience in B2B full-cycle sales, ideally SaaS or enterprise tech Strong track record of strategic account hunting and closing Ingenuity in finding ways to break into specific accounts Aviation industry experience (business or private aviation, aerospace, defense, etc.) is a huge plus Comfortable in early-stage environments with high ambiguity and autonomy Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
