IntelliShift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our team. Reporting directly to the ADR Manager, who in turn reports to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be an integral part of our All-Bound team, which combines both Marketing and ADR functions. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and driving company growth. What you will do: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Strategically identify and research new business opportunities within target industries through a variety of channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling. You'll play a crucial role in pipeline generation for outbound leads. Qualify Leads: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, assessing their fit for the IntelliShift platform. You'll also be responsible for converting and qualifying inbound leads to help grow our pipeline. You'll use a consultative approach to determine if they are a qualified lead for our Account Executives. Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline, diligently tracking all activities and interactions our CRM. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, improve outreach messaging, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities, sharing insights with the team to refine our sales approach. Requirements What you'll need to do it: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an ADR, BDR or SDR role, preferably within a SaaS company. Experience in the telematics or fleet management space is a significant plus. Technology Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is required. Tool Stack Expertise: Experience with sales engagement and intelligence platforms like SalesLoft, Nooks, and ZoomInfo Sales OS is a bonus. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with prospects and articulate value propositions. Self-Motivated: A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets. Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and continuously learn new technologies and sales methodologies. Network Engineer - 1099 (3-Month Contract)

We partner with highly skilled independent professionals who share our mission and bring specialized expertise to support our government clients.  The Office of the CIO (OCIO) of a major government agency requires contractor support to assist technical staff in understanding the technical dependencies, potential challenges and costs associated with separating a large portion of its IT services into an independent entity.  IT services are defined as the IT systems (applications), data, and hardware that support the agency. This includes IT services housed at the agency’s facilities, data centers, and in the cloud, to include SaaS.  The assessment will include more than 25 applications.    Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are engaged for specific projects or deliverables and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.  Responsibilities  Analyzes the current network architecture and its interdependencies.
