The General Education Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director in the leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement of the university’s general education curriculum. The role includes oversight of curriculum development, faculty support, assessment activities, compliance monitoring, and instructional quality assurance. Minimum of three years of post-secondary teaching experience, preferably within a general education framework. Demonstrated experience in academic administration, curriculum design, and/or assessment. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proven ability to lead collaborative initiatives in diverse, inclusive academic environments. $85,000-$110,000 Salary is dependent on education and experience.
