Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented Caregiver to join our team! As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs. You will: Provide non-medical care and support to clients in accordance with their care plan Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed or chairs Administer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan Prepare and serve meals, and clean up afterwards Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and dusting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients You will have: NJ Certified Home Health Aide License Proof of authorization to work in the U.S Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills. For qualified candidates, who join Masonic Homes, we offering a scholarship program that will cover tuition and other associated costs of the program. CNA Training Program Program Overview NA100T-Nursing Assistant Theory This course introduces concepts of basic human needs, the health/illness continuum, and basic nursing skills and procedures required in the nursing assistant role. The theory and role of the nursing assistant working with various populations in long-term care facilities, as well as acute care settings, will be discussed. This course includes 60 hours of online instructor-led synchronous learning NA100L- Nursing Assistant Skills Lab This course introduces students to the various skills and procedures that are required to successfully show competency in order to become a certified nursing assistant in the state of California. It includes skills demonstrations, hands-on practice, instructor lead activities in a supervised laboratory setting, and orientation to a clinical setting. This course consists of 4 skills lab days. NA100C- Nursing Assistant Clinical Rotation This course introduces hands-on applications as they pertain to the basic human needs, health/illness continuum, and basic nursing skills introduced in NA100T. This course includes 100 hours of approved instructor lead clinical care of selected adult patients in a long-term care setting. Upon successful completion of these courses, candidates are eligible to take the State Competency Evaluation for Nursing Assistants. Students will be given the opportunity to test right in the skills lab setting by an approved vendor and approved evaluators. Individuals successfully completing this examination are placed on the California State Nursing Assistant Registry.
