The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, supporting the team, and driving continuous improvement across the plant. What you’ll do • Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, blending, milling, packaging, and shipping. • Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, ensuring alignment with our core values and EOS practices. • Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (SQF, Kosher, Organic, Non-GMO, etc.). • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, and Sales to align production with customer needs. • Monitor KPIs and production metrics, driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing output. • Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
