Qualified candidates must be able to handle law and motion; discovery; court appearances; discovery and court filings; and assist in preparation for, and conduct of, trials, etc. The candidate must be able to deliver complete, ready-to-file and serve work product, on briefs, motions, discovery, and court filings of every description. Candidates must be a collegial, an industrious self-starter, and computer literate, detail oriented with strong research, writing and analytical abilities. Responsibilities: • Excellent Research, writing and analytical abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and assist less experienced colleagues, when necessary.
