Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues. Inspect, clean, and lubricate machines, replacing worn parts as needed. Perform repairs and replace defective components, including motors, bearings, gears, and sensors. Conduct routine maintenance on a variety of bakery equipment. Utilize welding, fabricating, or machining skills when necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all repair work. Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed. Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Physical ability to lift and transport materials and heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4-5 years of experience is required. Compliance with all state laws, including being at least 18 years of age. We are seeking a Moving Assistant to work with our Lead/Driver to perform staging and interior design installations 5 days per week. Must know (or be willing to learn) proper lifting technique. • Be able to pack a truck carefully and securely, working with the lead; wrap and move furniture in and out of staged homes without damage. • Be familiar with the operation of basic tools to repair, assemble or disassemble furniture. • Work efficiently to meet deadlines. • Be professional, positive, friendly and have a good attitude with co-workers and clients.
