Waikiki, Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Honolulu)

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in a retail center in Waikiki (Honolulu, HI 96816). Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. -Benefits Include: Healthcare plan Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) plan Vacation pay Holiday pay Wisley or direct deposit Flexible spending options Competitive pay - Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, and grounds maintenance) Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Walk, stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift. Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
