The Role: We are hiring a **full-time Service Technician** to join our team. This position is focused on responding to **irrigation-related service calls, warranty items, general landscape adjustments, and miscellaneous work orders** for our growing customer base. When service work orders slow down, this role will remain **full-time** by supporting our **installation and build teams**, helping keep projects on track. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, repairs, and small project needs, ensuring our clients’ landscapes perform at their best year-round. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, pumps, and piping. • Perform seasonal adjustments, startups, and winterizations. • Handle warranty items and ensure timely, professional resolutions. • Complete landscape-related service tasks such as plant adjustments, minor hardscape repairs, and general site improvements. • Communicate clearly with clients and office staff about work performed and any recommendations. • **Independently manage your daily schedule and accurately track all work performed, hours, and materials used** • Step in as a **support role for installation/build teams** when service demand is lighter.
