Maintenance Technician (Panama City Beach)

RESPONSIBILITIES: *Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems based on non-licensed required items. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot tv's, remotes and internet are a plus, but will train otherwise *Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems *Inspect and test systems to ensure proper operation *Maintain records of maintenance activities and utilize company software *Ensure compliance with safety regulations *Perform basic carpentry, painting, land/lawncare and other general maintenance tasks *Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: *Must have clean driving record and are able to be insured on a company policy for company owned vehicles *Must be able to endure physical activity such as bending, climbing, lifting, stooping as well as move constantly *Must be able to pass a drug screening at any time We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and repairing or replacing defective parts. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
