Paint Finishing: Compound, polish, and final buff to remove light defects, overspray, nibs, and swirl marks (DA/rotary). Surface Prep: Clay bar, decontamination, panel wipe, mask-removal cleanup, adhesive residue/overspray removal. Skilled with DA & rotary polishers, compounds, polishes, pads; understands cut vs. finish and clear coat safety. Knowledge of wet sanding/de-nibbing, overspray removal, and paint-correction fundamentals. Eye for detail, consistent finish standard, and pride in workmanship. Able to manage a fast-paced workflow with multiple vehicles per day. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Able to lift/move 40–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. We are seeking a qualified maintenance person for our property. Ideal candidate must have experience in a variety of areas needed for motel operations. Such items may include: Conduct routine inspections of the motel premises to check for maintenance issues. Perform preventative as well as regular maintenance on premises. Make general repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures. Perform planned maintenance on equipment to prolong its life. Complete general repairs and upkeep of operational equipment. Performed elementary painting and repairing of walls, as well as furniture, cabinets, and windows. Conduct rough carpentry work to include cabinet repairing and window and door finishing. Oversee hotel building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Perform grounds work and landscaping activities. Ensure the safety and attractiveness of motel areas for patrons. Complete motel room and building repairs to include replacing ceiling tiles and light bulbs as needed. Assist in renovating the motel building interior and maintain cleanliness of the exterior.
