You will work closely with other technicians, contractors, and building managers to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities: • Commercial construction background • Plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, HVAC controls, operation, and maintenance • Facilities repair and maintenance • Pressure washing and window cleaning • Snow removal While experience in these areas is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train.
