ShareBrightView Landscapes LLC is seeking skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operators to support our Snow & Ice Management Services during the 2025-2026 winter season. This is a seasonal, on-call position with non-traditional hours, often overnight or early morning shifts during and following snow or ice events. Position Summary: As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you will operate machinery such as skid steers, front-end loaders, and other snow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and loading areas at commercial sites. You must be available on short notice and comfortable working in challenging weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: • - Operate equipment safely and efficiently to remove snow and apply deicing products • - Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of assigned equipment • - Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and snow dispatch • - Follow site-specific protocols and safety procedures at all times Requirements: • - Prior experience operating snow removal equipment or similar machinery (e.g., skid steer, front loader) • - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites or dispatch centers • - Ability to work irregular hours, including overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays during snow events • - Must provide and wear proper cold-weather gear, including waterproof boots and hi-vis safety gear • - Must pass a hands-on equipment operation and safety test to be considered for the position • - Brightview is an Equifax E-verify company.
