ShareWe are looking for someone who likes to stay busy, has excellent troubleshooting skills, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in their work and accomplishments. This position is fast-paced and requires self-motivation. To be successful, you will need to have basic knowledge in AC/DC currents and work basics with a multi-meter, strong electrical skills, some diesel, and small engine block experience. You will be working on a variety of shop equipment and vehicles. Cleaning and maintenance of pool, hot tub, landscaping, sprinkler system, compactor. This is a full-time position with benefits. The hours will be approximately 45/50 hours a week, once in a while, a few hours on Saturdays may be required. You will be working on a variety of equipment and vehicles around the property, shop, and sometimes at other locations, depending on the need. This also includes residential property maintenance as well. You will need to provide your own tools, have troubleshooting, and diagnostic experience, be resourceful in knowing where to gather information for issues that arise to resolve them effectively. This position is for someone who enjoys working independently, you will be taking care of 5 acres, the shop, and property maintenance year-round.
