The pay for the Cleaning Assistant position is $15.00 per hour. This is a part-time position. Some of the responsibilities you will have during your shift include: -Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. -Collecting and disposing of garbage and recyclable materials on a regular basis. -Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and repairing small defects. -Monitoring and reporting any safety or security issues to the appropriate personnel. -Following established cleaning and maintenance procedures. -Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. -Maintaining a professional appearance by wearing the provided uniform. -Being the friendly point of contact for our residents and guests when they need assistance.
