The primary responsibility will be troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with assisting in other general property maintenance needs. Qualifications: Solid hands-on experience with HVAC systems (diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing). General property maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, basic repairs, etc.).
