ShareWe are seeking skilled encapsulation operators and machine operators to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory setting and operating various machinery. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Duties - Required to competently operate encapsulation production equipment independently -Disassemble and clean encapsulation machines and equipment - Assemble and set up encapsulation machines and equipment -Clean Tumblers, working area and raw material/gelatin tanks -Adhere to batch record specifications and keep the encapsulation process in control -Perform Encapsulation Start Up Activities, check seam percentage and fill material mixing -Perform in process checks for fill weight variation, temperature variation, gelatin ribbon thickness, capsule length and capsule size -Practice protective handling of machinery tooling of the encapsulation machine including but not limited to die rolls, thickness gauge, thermometers, and scales/balances Requirements - Previous experience in a manufacturing facility - Knowledge of machining processes and equipment - Ability to operate a forklift is a plus - Mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly line operations If interested, please submit your resume and call or text (909) 458-0961
