This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues quickly and effectively. • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machine efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. • Train staff on proper machine operation and safety protocols. • Assist with the installation of new equipment when needed. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Machine Technician or in a similar role within manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and mechanical systems. • Familiarity with hydraulic systems and electrical principles (a plus). • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals. • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. • High School Diploma or GED recommended. • Ability to commute or relocate to Sparks, NV 89431 (required).
