This role is responsible for priming and inspecting fabricated steel materials, organizing and staging materials for delivery, and supporting overall shop and yard operations. Key responsibilities include moving finished materials to the paint booth, applying primer, ensuring quality and proper labeling, and coordinating with team leads to meet production and shipping schedules. The ideal candidate will also assist in unloading incoming materials, maintaining clean and organized work areas, loading trailers, and providing general labor support as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring strong teamwork, time management, and a proactive approach to daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
