Role Description This is a full-time Bay Area Field Service Technician with headquarters in Livermore, CA. The Field Service Technician will diagnose and repair various types of automotive equipment. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing necessary repairs. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. Precise documentation is required. Job Summary As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
