Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, routes, and job details using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems. Problem-solving: Handle unexpected issues, such as equipment breakdowns or last-minute requests, with a calm and logical approach. What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience in a dispatch role, preferably in a trucking or construction environment. Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong ability to learn new software quickly. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
