Description

We are a Specialty Flooring Contractor in business for over 30 years looking to hire multiple skilled Epoxy/Urethane Flooring Finisher Installers. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters, and productive individuals to join our Northern California team. Must be able to work well with others and possess good work ethics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Physical labor including, but not limited to: -Material handling -Installing custom coating systems -Taping and clean-up -Troweling, grinding and sealing floors -Operating hand-held power tools and other equipment Minimum Qualifications: -Epoxy experience -Proof of Work Authorization -Must be able to pass a background check -Must have dependable transportation and valid driver's license -Ability to travel to Northern California project sites (company pays lodging and daily/drive-time per diems) Compensation and Benefits: -$34/hr starting rate for skilled finishers -Medical and dental -Vacation and sick-pay -401K
