Mortgage Field Inspector

National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Baltimore City/County and Harford county As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester. The successful candidate will have access to dependable, fuel-efficient transportation and the ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an industry standard background check. This is a 1099, contract opportunity.
