Looking to hire qualified masons, laborers, form setter/ concrete laborers, responsible motivated foremen for ongoing projects located in LA from the PV Peninsula through to Pacific Palisades. Minimum 5 years experience with verifiable referrals, able to vet your field knowledge and vet your skills. We are a busy company and need quality help, no hacks please. Applicants must be US citizens, clean record, no parole, valid drivers license with insurance and reliable transportation and your own set of tools. Pay rate d.o.e. and the position being applied for. Minimum starting wage is $25 for general labor and up from there for other trades, versatilely skilled individuals and supervisory positions. This position is payroll, not cash based and requires work comp compliance. Bring a positive attitude, intent to craft high quality work and the integrity to follow through. We are looking for siding installers who have all their own tools -Applicants must have ; legal paperwork required (social, work visa, drivers license, etc) -Tasks required for this project are ; Cutting fiber cement siding, measuring, and screwing siding onto the building. -Size of this project is roughly 300 squares of siding and will last about 3+ months -Product being used is: Allura fiber cement panels. All materials are on site, and additional materials will be delivered. -We require all installers to have their own tools (saws, bags, drills, hammer, measuring tape, and all basic hand tools.) - Scaffolding is on site. Minor ladder work. - Must work well with others and listen to directions. - Must wear pants, boots, high visibility shirt or vest, and hard hat.
