Now Hiring General Laborers - Join Our Team! (Up to 3 Positions Available) Pro Sweep Plus is looking for several reliable and hard-working individuals to join our exterior maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you! We are a growing company and we will train motivated candidates who are ready to work. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Steady Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM. Benefits: Health insurance is available after 60 days, and Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after one year of service. Opportunity for Growth: We offer a performance and wage review after your first six months. A Typical Day Includes: A variety of landscape work for our commercial clients, like pulling weeds, clearing flower beds, and pruning shrubbery. Cleaning and clearing debris from properties, including such things as loading branches into a trailer, moving broken pallets, clearing sidewalks. Assisting with the general exterior cleaning and upkeep of buildings. This is a physically active role that requires you to be on your feet all day, with repeated standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Qualifications: A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation to be at work on time every day. ***Must*** have a current, valid driver's license with 3 or fewer points. This is a firm requirement for our company's insurance.
