For the general laborer position we require a driver's license and your own transportation. Having your own basic tools is a plus but not required. For the skilled/journeyman position we require a driver's license, your own transportation, and tools. Must be capable of excavating in a trench box and have extensive experience with installing utilities in a way that is compliant with OSHA Subpart P. This is an hourly position pay DOE $28-$32 per hour. • Backfill Excavator/Dozer Operator- Must have experienced backfilling behind a main line pipe to crew. Utility experience is required with sewer, water and storm pipe. Must be physically capable of performing all tasks typically associated with utility installation to include but not limited to standing for extended periods of time, bending, squatting, and able to climb ladders. This is an hourly position pay DOE $24-$28 per hour. • Lead Pipelayer- Experienced in installing sewer, water, and storm drain.
